Oversee and coordinate the day to day operations of the business. Plan, organize, train and lead as necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team retention, guest experience and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Relative Volume Experience: $6.0 Million Annual Sales or Higher, 3-5 Years Bar or Service Manager Experience

Knowledge Base: Team Leadership, Hiring Excellence, Background in Cleanliness & Sanitation Standards, Different Food Styles & Techniques, Craft Cocktails, Bourbon & Whiskey, Craft Beer, Cost Control Systems & Awareness
