We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Manager with deep expertise in land development, civil engineering principles, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing and managing land development projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from concept to completion, including site planning, grading, utilities, and roadways.
• Review and develop engineering drawings, calculations, and reports to meet project and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and construction managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct site visits, approve design changes, and ensure erosion and sediment control compliance.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.
• Mentor and guide engineers and technicians; establish performance goals and development plans.

Qualifications:

• B.S./M.S. in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• P.E. License required.
• 7–10+ years of land development experience.
• Experience managing a team
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and knowledge of regulations.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in commercial/industrial land development and hydraulic modeling; GIS experience is a plus.
