Our mission is to deliver exceptional waste, recycling, and environmental services while ensuring the safety of our employees and customers. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks to pick up waste or recyclable materials. Transport materials to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities, potentially making multiple trips throughout the shift. Utilize both manual and automatic trucks as required. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering up to 100 pounds. Requirements: Must be 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States. Valid Class A or B CDL license and airbrake endorsement are required. At least 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years. Must possess a clean driving record and a strong safety background. Previous experience in the waste services industry is preferred. Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and traffic regulations is important. Ability to read and speak English for effective communication. Comfortable navigating through congested and tight urban environments. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or holidays.
