Contract Administrator | Commercial HVAC | Redlands, CA

Ready to jump into a fast-paced construction admin role where your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly? One of our long-standing partners in the HVAC public works space is looking for a full-time, in-office Contract Administrator to join their team in Redlands, CA.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Support multiple projects by preparing contracts, bids, and compliance docs

  • Track lien releases, insurance certs, and prequal forms for subcontractors

  • Help maintain organized project files (both digital and hard copy)

  • Communicate directly with PMs, vendors, and clients to close documentation loops

  • Prep materials for bid day, job walks, and RFIs

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a construction admin or contract support role

  • Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe skills

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Great attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
