Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant to the President will serve as a trusted gatekeeper, organizer, and operational partner to the President of AnswerPro. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position in Omaha, Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and communications
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
  • Assist with confidential and time-sensitive matters, exercising discretion and sound judgment
  • Serve as a liaison between the President and internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Track and follow up on strategic initiatives, special projects, and operational tasks
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval
  • Support the preparation of materials for board meetings, executive updates, and performance reviews
  • Perform general office management duties, including ordering supplies and coordinating vendor services
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in an executive or administrative support role, preferably in a call center, BPO, or customer service environment
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello)
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
