Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Frontend Developer for a Content Management System project aimed at modernizing technology, infrastructure, design, and software for Legislative Branch customers. The role is based in Lafayette, LA, with a hybrid work model acceptable. Responsibilities: Utilize modern frameworks and techniques (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Responsive Design, JavaScript, jQuery, MV* frameworks, D3). Consume RESTful APIs and collaborate in agile teams using Scrum or Lean methodologies. Work with version control systems like Git and GitHub. Ensure Section 508 Compliance and work with open-source solutions. Create web layouts from static images and develop views/templates in frameworks such as Rails, Express, or Django. Qualifications: Obtain Public Trust Clearance. 5+ years of experience with M365, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure, DevOps, Git, RESTful services, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Angular v6+, and SQL tools. Experience evaluating designs and products for accessibility in an Agile environment, with proficiency in accessibility testing tools and manual testing with screen readers. US Citizenship is required due to government contract requirements. Additional Information: Estimated salary range: $88,200 - $173,500.
