Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in an inviting shopping atmosphere.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Execute point-of-sale transactions and handle merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments and stocking shelves.
• Engage customers and encourage participation in our loyalty program.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff.
• Physical capability to lift 20-25 kg boxes.
• Basic calculation skills for cash register operation.
• Valid Serving It Right certificate (or readiness to obtain).
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
