Inventory Control High Reach Forklift Operator San Clemente, CA, USA Req #830 Tuesday, April 22, 2025 **The starting pay rate for this role is: $20.00/hour. This position is based out of our San Clemente, CA. site.** We're looking for a Forklift Operator to prepare food and operate several different types of equipment. Trains or operates various equipment in different work areas, taking on progressively more responsible tasks. Able to work with great independence and demonstrates a good knowledge of various processes. Act as a resource regarding processes, procedures, and equipment to other Associates and Trainees. Follows all health and safety standards and enforces the use of PPE's. **Key Responsibilities** + Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned places + Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment + Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies + Transport raw materials to production workstations + Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance + Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs + Comply with company policies and legal guidelines + Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities, work with a high level of independence to Receive foods, Run assembly lines to recipe specifications, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and meet health and safety standards + Rotate and check food ingredients for freshness and quality. May receive products and verify the accuracy of the delivery. Will ensure accurate traceability methods are followed + Keep work area/assembly clean, demonstrating clean-as-you-go methods + Prepares and understands a variety of paperwork associated with raw materials, traceability, packaging, quality, and controls. Responsible for timely completion and accuracy of paperwork. + May assist Associate Trainees with developing their skills and experience applying processes, using new equipment, and championing a project or team effort + Ensures all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) are followed and may champion the GMP processes.
