LVI is working with a small leading consultancy firm that is looking for a Professional Engineer who has 4+ years of experience in land development in the Baltimore area.

This firm is a full-service firm providing design solutions and expert consulting services to clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. This firm is committed to providing exceptional services to the clients, where the team is dedicated to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

Requirements:

• 4+ Years of experience in land development (residential, commercial or industrial)
• E License
• BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree.
• Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and stormwater modelling software.
• Strong knowledge of land development processes, zoning, permitting, and applicable design codes.
• Based in Baltimore or willing to relocate.

Brief Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage land development projects from conceptual planning through construction.
• Prepare, review, and oversee the design of site civil plans including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, erosion control, and roadway design.
• Coordinate with surveyors, environmental consultants, architects, planners, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
• Develop project budgets, scopes, schedules, and proposals.
