Who We Want The role of a Financial Operation Associate is to support the smooth functioning of business operations by performing administrative tasks, coordinating with departments, and assisting with various operational tasks, ensuring efficient workflows and processes as well as assist on operational items and help with training and customizing a process to prepare paperwork and ensuring every aspect of clients' accounts are set up accurately and are properly maintained. This role will help provide on-going service and support to advisors during the Transformation period.
What To Expect - Coordinate with multiple departments across Carson and ensure follow-up and completion of all transition responsibilities for new partner offices.
- Travel to transitioning partner offices to provide support to the transitioning office.
- Assist with preparing paperwork to open and/or maintain client accounts to the specifications requested by the Advisor.
- Follow the guidelines provided to achieve goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
- Conduct phone calls with custodians to research potential issues within client accounts.
- Create and monitor Salesforce reporting pertaining to new onboarding partner offices.
- Coordinate training on internal and external software and tools.
- Monitor statistics of assigned transitioning office daily.
- Understand the product offering, procedures, and forms of all custodians.
- Assist in developing processes and procedures that enhance accuracy and stream processes.
- Help continually meeting project expectations with management and team members.
- Provide exceptional client service in any interaction.
- Position is located at Carson's headquarters, Omaha, NE
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Need - Familiar with Financial Advisor office tools (i.e., SalesForce, DocuSign, Orion, etc.)
- Familiar with advisory custodians Charles Schwab, and Fidelity
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Desire to provide the highest quality of service
- Strong attention to details
- Planning and organizational skills
- Manage multiple projects with precision
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study is preferred
- Have the desire to obtain a financial license or the ability to successfully complete the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE)

The total rewards expected for this role include:
- Starting annual base salary between $50,000 - $66,200.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
