What We NeedWe’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Regional Sales Executive to expand our presence on the US West Coast . This full-time remote role focuses on new business development and customer acquisition , driving revenue growth in target industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, and Enterprise Technology .
As a key player in our sales team , you will lead strategic outreach, product demonstrations, and deal negotiations , working closely with marketing, technical teams, and product development to ensure client success.

What You’ll Do✔️ Develop and execute a regional sales plan to expand our customer base across the US West .
✔️ Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers , positioning our AI security solutions effectively.
✔️ Manage customer evaluations through Proof of Value (PoV) , collaborating with technical teams to ensure success.
✔️ Lead contract negotiations , ensuring agreements align with both customer needs and company goals.
✔️ Partner with Sales Leadership & Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and lead generation campaigns.
✔️ Track and report on sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.
✔️ Represent PointGuard AI at industry events, conferences, and seminars , establishing us as a thought leader in AI security .
✔️ Travel within the region as needed.
Who You Are🔹 Based in the US West Coast (preferably California) with the ability to work remotely and travel as required.
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
🔹 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales within Cybersecurity, AI, Data Governance, or Application Security .
🔹 A self-starter, highly motivated, and results-driven professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.
🔹 Deep understanding of AI security, LLM models, data protection, and cybersecurity threats .
🔹 Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to translate technical solutions into business value .
🔹 Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with influence at all levels.
🔹 Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), AI Assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT), and Microsoft Office Suite .
