Job Description

Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Product Support Specialist for our client, a respected manufacturing organization in Kalida, OH ! In this role, you will provide technical product support for our client's agricultural equipment, assisting customers, dealers, and sales teams with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support. This is a full-time, direct-hire, onsite role in Kalida, OH!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide technical support for product questions from customers, dealers, and sales teams.
• Offer telephone support for product service and troubleshooting inquiries.
• Recommend product enhancements and improvements based on customer feedback.
• Assist with trade shows, including setup, demonstrations, and teardown of equipment.
• Conduct product training programs for internal teams, dealers, and external customers.
• Develop and distribute technical manuals, bulletins, and product documentation.
• Perform field support visits with Territory Managers and external customers.
• Conduct market research and assessments to support product development and marketing.
• Assist with new product launches, product availability analysis, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to support product improvements.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Ag-Engineering, Ag-Systems Technology, Agri-Business, or a related field.
• Candidates with an Associate’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
• 3-5 years of technical or product support experience in either Agricultural, Farming, or Manufacturing, or a related field. This is not an IT (Information Technology) Technical Support role.
• Hands-on familiarity with agricultural equipment and farming operations (preferred).
• Experience in customer support, dealer relations, and training presentations.
• Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 15-20 weeks per year for training, field visits, and trade shows.
