Skill Set:

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement processes, with a keen ability to establish operational standards and drive effective problem-solving.
• Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to guide warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP and SAP systems, or other similar warehouse management software, is essential.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of directing a diverse team and interfacing with multiple departments.
