COLSA Corporation is seeking a Web Design and Developer in support of Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, VA. This role supports USMC Operational Forces, Information Operations (IO) advocates, and encompasses disciplines of IO development and integration, signature management, IO analysis, operational security, program management, and intelligence technical support functions. The ideal candidate will support and maintain the development and testing of web-based portals hosted by the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) across three security domains: NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS. Job duties include: Managing space/storage requirements for each instance (hubs, tenants, and sites); Developing and testing custom web parts, libraries, and lists while managing site permissions; Developing and maintaining custom workflows, utilizing Visio, SharePoint Designer, and Microsoft Power Apps; Utilizing CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery to manipulate the DOM and customize pages using Client Side Rendering; Providing technical assistance in software and license management; Providing graphic support (limited to manipulating existing images); Setting up and implementing DoD-selected collaboration tools including Microsoft SharePoint, Defense Collaboration Services, Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Teams, and PowerBI.
