Customer Success Manager

What You'll Do:
Foster and grow relationships with a portfolio of customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities within existing customer accounts to expand engagement.
Develop and execute program strategies that enhance customer participation and success.
Manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Work closely with customers and internal teams to support software implementations, pilots, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Gain a deep understanding of our SaaS solutions and contribute to product development by sharing customer insights.
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with customers to strengthen partnerships and provide strategic guidance.
Participate in quarterly team meetings to align on strategic goals and customer success initiatives.
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs, including occasional travel.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required.
3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint required).
A customer-first attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, execute projects efficiently, and adapt to changing environments.
Experience working with SaaS products.
Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and team collaboration.
Travel Requirements:
Travel may be required for customer visits, meetings, and industry events.
If based in the Cincinnati area, in-office collaboration at least three times per month is expected.
Remote employees may be required to travel to the company's headquarters once per quarter for business meetings.
Travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, will be reimbursed according to company policy.
